If you are having issues connecting to your printers after you have recently changed your password please follow these steps


If you are trying to connect to the printers and are meet with this screen please follow these steps to get your issue resolved. 

1.Press the windows key and enter credential Manager

2.Once you have opened Credential Manager please select Windows Credentials

3.Once you selected Windows Credentials you should see a few credentials however the one we care about is labeled LESDPrint located here. Once found select the drop down button to the right side

4.After you have selected the drop down please remove that credential

5.Now please reconnect to \\lesdprint via file explorer(yellow folder) with your most up to date log in credentials


After re-connecting all your previously printers should re-connect, however if not please follow these steps to add them back.
