To update a Dell Chromebook, you can:
- Turn on your Chromebook and connect it to Wi-Fi
- Select the time in the bottom right corner, then select the gear icon to open Settings
- Select About ChromeOS in the left sidebar
- Under "Google ChromeOS," find your Chromebook's operating system version
- Select Check for updates
- If an update is available, your Chromebook will start downloading it automatically
- When the download is complete, you'll be prompted to install the update

If the Check for updates option isn't available, your Chromebook may already be up to date. You can also check for a blue checkmark to indicate that your browser is up to date.
