If your student's device looks to be typing out different letters that are being pressed. Please follow the instructions below to quickly resolve the issue.
Please return to the login screen on your students device, to return to the login in screen, please restart the device.
Once at the home screen, please click on the bottom right hand side where the time is located.
Once clicked a pop-up should appear. Please click on keyboard and make sure that English(US) is selected, after English is selected the keyboard should start typing the correct letters.
However, if the device's keys seem to be sticky or damaged, please follow these instructions to submit a ticket so that we can get your student's device repaired.
