If your students device will not power on please try these quick solutions: 


1.Change chargers

  The charger that the device uses might be damaged; plug the chrome book into a different charger for about 20-30 minutes.  After that set amount of time, if the device still does not power on please follow the next solution. If  you believe the charger is damaged please let us know and we can get it replaced right away. 


2.Quick Reset

  Make sure that the device is plugged into a working charger. Once plugged in please quickly press the Refresh  key and power button  at the top of the keyboard. After 5-10 seconds the device should power on.
